Information collected
The site collects only what you choose to send: the email address you submit to join The Built & Marketed Brief, and the name, email address, and optional company, role, topic, and message you submit through the contact form.
How information is used
Newsletter addresses are used to send the newsletter. Contact details are used to reply to your message. Information is not sold, rented, or traded.
Consent and unsubscribing
The consent text shown at signup and the time you subscribed are recorded with your address. Welcome emails include an unsubscribe link that marks the address as unsubscribed. You can also use the contact form to request removal of your details.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page and content performance. It records which pages are viewed and how the site is used, with IP addresses anonymized. Names, email addresses, and form or message content are never sent to analytics.
Storage and security
Submissions are stored in the site's managed backend with access restricted to authorized editors. Records are reviewed and removed manually when they are no longer needed for the purpose above.
Third-party links and embeds
Some pages link to external sites and may embed media. Embedded media loads only after you choose to play it. External sites are governed by their own policies.
